This method returns the TypeId associated to ns3::WifiPhyStateHelper.
This object is accessible through the following paths with Config::Set and Config::Connect:
- /NodeList/[i]/DeviceList/[i]/$ns3::WifiNetDevice/Phy/$ns3::YansWifiPhy/State
